The location was outstanding! Just a 10-15 minute stroll to the Duomo and Uffizi gallery, and close to delicious eateries including La Carraia gelateria!

While the room amenities were excellent, it’s worth mentioning that there are no lifts, requiring a few flights of stairs to access your space.

Soggiorno Alessandra was a fantastic base for exploring Florence, very close to the Duomo and Uffizi gallery. My room was well-appointed and very clean, and I truly appreciated the helpfulness of Alessandra, who shared great dining recommendations.

The stair situation is an absolute nuisance!!! It would be better if they had a lift to ease access to the rooms!!! Also, soundproofing could use some serious attention. you can hear everything from the adjacent rooms!!!

the building was dark and dreary, quite the delightful welcome. banging doors at dawn were such a treat too! then there's the fabulous club nearby—who needs sleep, right? i expected a complimentary upgrade for the noise, but apparently that was too much to ask. can't imagine how they received such good reviews.

My stay at Soggiorno Alessandra was simply delightful. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. We had a very nice stay in Soggiorno Alessandra. The communication went smoothly and Alessandra was waiting for us when we arrived.

Unfortunately, the room lacked adequate space for our belongings. We struggled to find enough hanging space for towels and no place for the kids' clothes, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise levels from outside were disruptive, affecting our ability to relax and enjoy our time in Florence.

Rooms may lack space, but the location and cleanliness are outstanding!

the only downside was the stairs, but it’s gotta be worth it for the awesome location near the bridge! the room had high ceilings & comfy bed + a handy kitchenette, for those late-night snacks. free wifi was a lifesaver too, which I totally appreciated.

It was just a proper fit for an overnight stop in Florence with good value considering the price it charged. The clean room with comfy linens and pillows made for a restful night. Remember to pack light since there are no lifts.
